Tampa is such a beautiful big-small city! There’s gorgeous beaches, beautiful downtown areas and lots of lush green parks in between..but in the everyday run around I don’t think most of us take a minute to enjoy it all…I know we sure don’t! But every now and then, we get a minute to escape it all and enjoy a little time for ourselves…
One of our favorite cities to go visit around here is Dunedin. This city’s downtown area has such a small town feel, locals are mostly retirees or tourists so the pace of the whole place is “easy like Sunday morning” and the streets are filled with mom/pop stores that have been there for years. Of course, it also holds a special place in our heart because this is where Doug and I got married almost 7 years ago.
Spending time and being goofy with my favorite guy, eating lunch at THE BEST mexican restaurant ever and walking around the city where we said our I do’s is what I call a great afternoon.
Do yourself a favor and eat at a little place called ” Casa Tina’s” if you are ever in the area – you welcome! 😉

And we can’t leave without having some of the best homemade ice cream around!
