With romantic charm and meaningful beauty, it’s no wonder that this gorgeous couple chose Jesuit Chapel and Armature Works as the backdrop for their special day. Under the creative guidance of wedding planner extraordinaire, Alexa Brown of Piper Marie Events, Mary and Alex’s wedding was flawless and full of joy!! From their breathtaking floral arrangements, to their gorgeous, fun-filled reception; it was a picture perfect wedding that I had the pleasure of being a part of! I just adore these two! Mary and Alex are so sweet, fun and genuine- it’s impossible not to love them!

The day kicked off with the bride getting ready with her sweet bridesmaids at Epicurean hotel downtown. Mary was the definition of elegance in her gown from Malindy Elene Bridal boutique, alongside her girls in royal blue gowns from Jenny Yoo, the girls all looked flawless.

They toasted their sweet friend to champagne and wished her well as she slipped on her Jimmy Choo’s (a gift from her groom!) and made her way to her soon-to-be husband. The handsome groom was dressed in a white and black tuxedo and stylin’ Louis Vuitton shoes (a gift from his bride!) which complemented well to his groomsmen dressed in black. It was then, at the altar of Alex’ alma mater, that these two sweet souls exchanged vows and became one.

As the reception commenced and the newlyweds grabbed hands underneath the breathtaking chandeliers, they shared their first dance among family and friends. The tablescapes were designed in navy blue linens, gold chargers, and french country chairs. The perfect combination. They’re four tiered cake boasted vanilla icing with matching florals. No detail was left untouched. As the night neared its end, the entire room was lit up with love and happiness. The groom put on his dancing shoes, literally, and they danced the entire evening away!
