| Central Park Engagement |
While in New York, I met up with Jenna and Chad to shoot their sunset portrait session at Central Park. What an experience! I’ve been to Central Park as a tourist before but this was my first time looking at it through a photographer’s point of view and it was even more amazing than ever. Every inch of that place is picturesque! The light at sunset is what my dreams are made of and it’s so,SO big, that one could shoot there every day for a month and still have new spots to explore!
The adrenaline rush while trying to shoot surrounded by a quadrillion people is an adventure in itself. At the same time that I was posing my couple in their romantic stance, there was 5 snake charmers to our left, a “fire blower” (is that what they are called?) to our right and basicly what felt like ALL of New York crossing in our path…Making this session appear like we were not flooded by people pushed me outside my comfort zone but I’m so happy it did, because I can not wait to do it again!
Throughout all of this, Jenna and Chad were incredible! When they were holding each other amidst the chaos, they easily got lost in each other so beautifully and sweetly that it made it easy to forget all the distractions. Jenna and Chad are georgous (my camera and I did a celebratory touchdown dance together when we saw Jenna’s dress!! OMG) and their easy going ,fun personalities are such a pleasure to be around! I loved every second of our time together in Central Park!
Their fur baby, Joey was such a pro! He was so calm and adorable!!
