Courtyard at Lake Lucerne Wedding, Orlando Wedding Photography

The day Katelyn and Eric got married, the forecast called for 100% chance of rain…I love it when they say a 100% “chance ” of rain lol … it really sounds like a contradiction to me. To make matters worse, their ceremony and reception were set to be outdoors in the beautiful and vintage Courtyard at Lake Lucerne. When we arrived, Plan B was already underway, where to hold the ceremony and the new location of the guests and placement of the dance floor.

As I made my way to find Katelyn, I thought for sure, she would be in panic mode, but to my surprise, she was laughing and as easygoing as ever…She wasn’t worried about sitting arrangements or the dance floor… only one fact – that she and Eric would soon be married…and that was all that mattered! I love that about her, and I think Mother Nature did too because as soon as we were ready for portraits, the clouds unexpectedly parted and the sun shone the rest of the day without a hint or rain!

Katelyn and Eric are the kindest, sweetest and most welcoming couple ever. The way they love each other is not only reflected in each moment they look at one another but also in the way they adore their baby boy (which by the way, is the most adorable and happy little man you have ever seen!)

We truly had such a great time with this amazing couple and their awesome family and friends! What an honor to be there to capture their big day!
