What can I say about Alexa and Manny? Such a sweet and beautiful couple who said “I do” on a sunny evening outside of The Orlo recently. The Orlo is located just outside of Downtown Tampa that includes a timeless Stafford House and a historic ballroom– exactly what this wedding photographer’s dreams are made of! From the gorgeous florals to the navy and green wedding palette, the two shared an unforgettable day together and I can not wait for you all to see their photos.

But before we jump into their wedding day, let’s take it back to the beginning. Alexa and Manny have such a cute story about how they got together, that I think it’s only appropriate to share a little bit about their history:

“After Manny “Superliked” me on Tinder and started chatting for a few weeks, I finally agreed to a date. A few fabulous first dates later, including but not limited to, CineBistro, a Rays Game, and Charcuterie boards, it was official. Fast forward a year, and I was accepted into FSU’s Physician Assistant Program (Go Noles!). This would mean 15 months of long distance and countless FaceTime dates, texts, and 278-mile road trips to Tallahassee. You know you love someone when you see them twice a month for over a year and make it work!”

How sweet and special, right? These two sweethearts are so much fun!

Alexa did a wonderful job styling her bridesmaids in mismatched floral dresses. The chinoiserie she incorporated was so beautiful. (Fun Fact: I’m recently obsessed with chinoiserie and I wanna put it everywhere!) Alexa’s stunning white wedding gown comes from Something Blue Bridal Boutique and of course, she looked absolutely amazing in it. Her hubby complemented her well in his handsome navy tux.

Jennifer Mateo and her team were amazing, as always! I’ve worked with these ladies for the 3 of my last weddings and I’m a big fan of theirs. Her team always does such a great job at keeping the couple on schedule and helping the day run smoothly as possible. Alexa and Manny’s wedding day was perfect and the evening was incredible. The guests lit the dance floor on fire, the wedding cake was AH-MAZING, and the firework sendoff was one for the books.
