Let’s talk about some of my favorite and best wedding venues in Tampa and Sarasota for elegant and timeless weddings!
If you’re planning a wedding in Tampa or Sarasota, choosing the right venue is where everything begins.
These cities offer some of the most beautiful and diverse settings in Florida, from timeless architectural spaces to waterfront estates and refined private clubs. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph weddings at these venues, each one bringing its own unique atmosphere and experience. What I’ve come to see is that the right setting doesn’t just shape how your day looks, it shapes how it feels.
Below are some of the venues I find myself returning to again and again, each one offering its own kind of beauty and experience.
A wedding venue that feels both historic and effortless, with light that moves beautifully throughout the day. From the waterfront lawn to the architectural details inside, every part of this venue offers something unique to work with.
What I love most as a photographer is how effortlessly the space allows for variety. You can move from soft, romantic portraits by the water to more structured, editorial images around the estate, and everything still feels cohesive.
The light here moves beautifully throughout the day, adding a softness and depth that enhances every moment without ever feeling forced. Combined with the textures and setting, it creates a gallery that feels timeless, elevated, and rich with a sense of history.

Oxford Exchange in Tampa is one of those venues that leaves an impression the moment you walk in. There’s a balance to it that feels both elevated and welcoming, blending classic architectural elements with a clean, modern edge and an artistic vibe.
The glass atrium, expansive windows, and layered details allow natural light to move effortlessly throughout a wedding day, creating a soft, clean, and timeless atmosphere in every space. If you know me, you know that this soft, natural light makes me giddy on a wedding day!
What makes it especially beautiful to photograph is the variety within one location. From the iconic staircase, marble floors, and gorgeous bookstore to the more structured, intimate interiors, each setting offers a different perspective while still feeling cohesive, elevated, and refined.

Hotel Haya in Tampa is one of those venues where history and modern design come together so effortlessly. Set in the heart of Ybor City, this space blends old-world character with a refined, contemporary feel in a way that feels both intimate and elevated.
One of my favorite areas is “Las Novedades,” where the venue’s Spanish heritage really comes through with its whitewashed brick walls and large windows, creating such a beautiful setting for ceremonies, filled with history and soft, natural light.
What I love most about photographing here is how effortlessly it allows for variety. From relaxed, candid moments to more intentional, editorial portraits, everything flows within a space that feels layered, warm, and full of character ✨

The Ringling Museum in Sarasota is one of those venues that truly feels made for storytelling.
From the waterfront views along Sarasota Bay to the historic Ca’ d’Zan terrace and the museum courtyard surrounded by architecture and sculpture, every part of the property brings a completely different atmosphere to the day while still feeling beautifully cohesive.
The property offers such a beautiful balance between romance, architecture, history, and movement throughout the day. One of my favorite details when photographing weddings here is the museum’s interior, where the large-scale portraits and dramatic galleries create an incredible backdrop for more editorial, artful imagery.
